@tha_kid_christ @KidWB52 Not remotely an issue. They’re both free agents in 2 years when over $80 million frees up from Jrue and Ja’s expiring contracts. Luxury tax line will be like $220 million by then. They could combine for $90 mil and it still wouldn’t be an issue.

Which in 2030 can be swapped to Miami, if Miami is worse than Portland/Bucks They probably add 2 picks in the #17-25 range over the next 4 years

@503sBest @N3WJ3RAM1 @Dame_Time1023 Deni played a lot of point forward this year, would be pretty nice to see him run the break with Giannis at times. Dame / Jrue / Deni / Giannis / Clingan Could be a fun group that matches up pretty well with OKC and SAS. Add a nice MLE bench piece for once too.

@KingCrab1984 @Dame_Time1023 @503sBest Well yeah, Giannis is consistently a top-5 player for nearly the last decade. He’s also played >70 games once in the last 7 years. Avdija is 6 years younger, cheap contract, and an improving All-Star. Nice 2nd option on a contender, which is likely the hope with pairing w/ GA

@Perrywinkle1267 @Baldg0d @philfanacc That’s if they release every players cap hold too, and then still couldn’t spend that on 1 player because there are cap holds for a couple open roster spots. It’s also less than the MLE, so they’ll just use that unless they’re dumping Fox, Vassell, or Johnson.

@TheDunkCentral If he had the money, he wouldn’t ever get approved with his gambling problems and lack of consistent cash flow required to be an owner. The team valuations have jumped significantly in recent years, his career earnings wouldn’t come remotely close to being a majority owner now.
