We’ve successfully fixed the problem causing wireless internet issues in academic buildings on NAU campuses. Wi-Fi in previously impacted buildings is once again functional. If you continue to experience any wireless connectivity issues, contact [email protected] or (928) 523-3335.

We're currently working with our vendor to resolve the wireless internet issues in select academic buildings on NAU Campuses, including NAU statewide locations. As a workaround, Wi-Fi access remains functional in residence halls on the Flagstaff Mountain campus.

We'll be doing maintenance on Canvas early on Thursday morning from 12:05 AM to 2:05 AM. Canvas will be unavailable for only about 15 minutes, but it may take a bit longer. Don't log into Canvas during this timeframe as access or progress may be interrupted or lost.

What makes a good password? The NCA recommends using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. If you want to remember your password better, opt for a 'passphrase' of four to five unrelated words. Also, passwords over 16 characters are the hardest to crack!
