昨晚张洵、雨林访谈陶瑞的节目对我有启发。从信仰层面看法轮功有其教义自由；从社会层面看法论功合法运作不应受禁。中国的共产党迫害法轮功学员是不允许信仰自由的暴政，美国的政府不干涉法轮功活动，是因为尚无人起诉它有犯罪行为，但二者均不能佐证法轮功不是崇拜活人李洪志的邪教。保持警惕没错。

法轮功是邪教，这是我认知的表述。正如我以为中共是邪教一样，那不是攻击，而是我对共产党性质的认知。我经历过将毛泽东这个大活人像神一样崇拜的年代，我从法轮功将李洪志遵奉为神中看到的是同中共一样的邪教特质。

美国宪法限定联邦政府的重要职能之一就是保疆守土。昨天美国最高法院5:4的裁决对宪法做了错误的解释：保疆守土之责属于联邦政府，州政府不得擅权。正确的裁决应该是斥责拜登政府敞开疆界任由外国人入侵国土的违宪行径，裁定它必须立即在德州政府的协助下执行保疆守土之责。

Up to today, more people are still praising M. Gaetz’s X and don’t regard him as a Rep. who should act in the best interests of the voters, but as a heroic Republican. Biden sits in White House, the Democrats control the senate, the GOP is a slim majority in the house.

直到今天，更多的人还是在称颂盖茨的“悲壮”，根本没把他看成应该是一位从选民最大利益出发行事的议员，而把他当成一名英雄的共和党员——“代议制”已死。白宫是民主党的，参议院是民主党的，众议院共和党只占微弱多数，麦卡锡一手坏牌。但他一上任立即启动了对美国命运至关重要的几项调查。

若哈马斯是个负责的政府，它应该在与为它供电、供水、供应食品的邻国交战前先解决自给自足。若哈马斯是个负责的政府，它应该将潜入邻国屠杀无辜掳掠人质的国人绳之以法，解救并交还人质。若哈马斯是个负责的政府，它应该在邻国发布了实施报复的期限时将国民疏散到安全地带，留下军人准备抵抗。

If Hamas was a responsible government, it would have evacuated citizens to safety when its neighbor issues a deadline for retaliation, leaving its military behind to do the fight. Hamas goes against common senses. It’s a terrorist Org. Who do you become/who would cheer for Hamas?

If Hamas was a responsible government, it should have brought to justice its citizens who sneaked into neighbor to massacre innocents and took hostages; have rescued and returned the hostages.
