Women’s facilities were fought for and built for women to participate fully in public life and to be full citizens, not to affirm the identity of men in mockery costumes.
Colorado’s Jefferson County Public Schools had 61 male athletes on girls’ sports rosters. Not one. Not a handful. 61. Biological males taking roster spots, wins, scholarships, and safety from actual girls, all while the district cheered it on. This isn’t “inclusion.” It’s erasure of girls’ sports. How many more districts are hiding the same numbers?
This is deeply troubling. I hope New York will step away from this move! I wrote about the push to eliminate the word “mother” and mother-related terminology in law and policies; how it is linked to the devaluation of motherhood and women overall. I will be presenting this report on “violence against mothers” to the UN Human Rights Council in a few weeks.
🚨 New York Democrats just voted to erase "Mother" and "Father”. Governor Kathy Hochul will be replacing "mother" with "gestating parent" and "father" with "non-gestating parent." This isn't inclusion, it's insanity. While New Yorkers battle sky-high taxes, crime, and failing
