说来惭愧，我的技术能力整体上还是比较粗糙的，但因为个人有爱好，所以宽度还凑合，这些年一直手也还是脏的。 除了刚毕业的两年代码量贼大，几乎24小时都在写VB，Java和SQL，后来因为很多项目里你不站出来沟通润滑，事情就可能往最糟的地方轻易的滑过去，慢慢的被迫走上了管理岗位。 还记得十年前跟老板沟通绩效的时候，我说我想多写点东西啊，这些人写的好菜；老板说你别想了，没你去扯需求（英文），项目会更菜。 事实上这就是大部分传统企业（非技术驱动，或者体量不足让技术在一定范围内驱动的企业）的现状——技术和业务之间有巨大的鸿沟，这些鸿沟不是优秀的技术能力可以填平的。技术要支撑业务才有价值，技术和要支撑的业务之间，需要有技术思维的人把业务重新定义，抽象，再转变成公司花得起钱的技术能力范围内可以落地的方案。 很多这样的人，在企业内价值非常可观，但出了企业的上下文后身价一定会缩水。这不是工程师面对的问题，而是所有职场人在职业生涯里都会有的问题和困境——如何脱离企业上下文仍然保有自己的竞争力。 纯粹的技术能力是最容易的，但以我粗浅的理解，随着你技术深度的精进，事实上市场上能给你的选择也会窄起来——大部分的企业并不需要（也养不起）科学家级别的技术大牛的。 但无论如何，技术人的优势在于在如今这个技术推动一切的时代，纯粹的技术能力的含金量大部分都可以脱离企业和行业的上下文仍然保留下来，这是我们这样的人的幸运，我一直心存感激和庆幸。 愿自己能写一辈子代码，哪怕工作里已经很多年不怎么写了。
