We sometimes dance, give hugs, high fives & some of them look at me like I'm crazy but they always leave with a smile. It's a great way to start both of our days.

@Monica2ndgrade @mrraffel So true - body language says a lot more than some think. Too many times we get caught up in our day and don't realize our demeanor is catchy too.

@mrraffel @shawnachor A2: At times, I have had up to 6 paraprofessionals in the classroom. This can be very challenging but I have always had the best outcomes when I start our morning with positive words of affirmation or encouragement. Special treats on Fridays always bring happiness too!#D54Happy
@mrraffel I think my answer to the 2nd question also applies here - if someone with a positive mindset comes in with an idea, it's easy for the next person to be excited too and so on. When working on teams, this creates a better general environment and more success for everyone.
@mrraffel @shawnachor I have seen this on my team when one person shares an idea with everyone; everyone gets excited, jumps on board, and the idea comes to fruition and turns out great because we are all excited about it and working together. If the idea were met with negativity, it wouldn't happen.
