When we feel stress our bodies release cortisol. Cortisol impairs rational thinking & decision making. In a toxic culture we are biologically more likely to make a bad decision or do something that is ethically questionable. Healthy corporate cultures matter #goodleadership

Too many companies don’t think enough about the internal customer. It’s this simple: Treat employees the way you want your customer treated – maybe even better. What’s happening on the inside is being felt on the outside by the customer.

The responsibility of a company is to serve the customer. The responsibility of leadership is to serve their people so that their people may better serve the customer. If leaders fail to serve their people first, customer and company will suffer.
