When VoiceOver is working strange with or without RiVO, restart VoiceOver or reboot iPhone. That is, reset software to put bugs to sleep.
@Ganahee_SD This problem seems to be the same as the previous one. Turning off the screen curtain will help it.
@Ganahee_SD If screen curtain is off, there's no problem, but if screen curtain is on, yes, locking/unlocking screen seems to resolve it.
@Ganahee_SD Sorry for late reply. As always, iOS 9 is new and there seems to be new bugs which will be resolved by Apple in the updates.

@Ganahee_SD Rebooting the iPhone also seems to solve the problem as well as rebooting just the VoiceOver. We guess it's a simple bug in iOS.
@Ganahee_SD We have seen that problem a few times before. Turning off and then turning on the VoiceOver seems to solve the problem.
