@linuz90 @thekitze This is the way. 2g of protein/kg, 10-15k steps daily & audio book (walking pad at work if you can’t make the time), weights/calisthenics twice a week for 45m-1h, weighing yourself once a month worked best for me. I’m down 60kg and kept it off for the first time in my life.

@thekitze These are the worst. It also never stops. “Wait until they start teething”, “wait until they start walking”, “wait until the terrible two’s begin”, … Only & best advice I have is to simply listen to no one aside from professionals & do your own research on relevant things.
