@united I’ve landed at IAD on UA925. Something is wrong with the jet bridge. This is not acceptable. It’s been 30 min since landing. Find another gate this is your hub.

@BorgataAC I’ve been coming here with my parents for years. You really messed up the parking on p1 for disabled persons. Please add more handicap spots to P1 now that you blocked half the floor. It’s more challenging to go up levels for handicapped spots.

@united had a horrible experience at EWR today. First your service center can’t go into a system and add me to a standby list. Atrocious service. Then the nicest gate agent went into shares and got me on ua 3542 but then iad had a ground delay.

@united please do better. We landing 20 minutes early and I’ve been sitting on the runway unable to get to our gate. The flight is now technically delayed - can’t you leverage #chatgpt to optimize your staff?

It took @united 1 hr and 45 minutes of sitting on the tarmac to offer 1st class passengers biscuits and a cup of water 🤷🏻‍♀️…with no explanation of why we can’t get another gate.

@united I understand that lots of flights were cancelled but I’m confused why UA1530 has no gate at EWR and ours is occupied? Can you not assign us a new gate? We’ve been waiting for 45 minutes now…

Latest update. A plane is at our gate and the cleaners just came on. Then they still have to board. Why can’t #united assign us another gate because you have 1.5 hrs until you break FAA regulations @united @FAANews @NY1

@PANYNJ what is wrong with you? You just slowed down the Holland Tunnel to 5 mph- if you’re going to do work close the tunnel so people know and don’t potentially miss flights!

@CareFirst reps don’t know what they’re talking about. Here’s proof they don’t understand your own systems. “You have 90 days to file a claim” but plan docs show 15 months. Anyone else wast 45 minutes of time with no resolution on claims? #extortion #poorcustomerservice

@united this response to 1k customers is unacceptable. Yes the weather is not under your control but not giving food or water or cancelling the flight ua2059 to offload bags for 12 hrs is under your control. @NYDailyNews

@united you literally screwed over sfo to iad 2059 flight that got diverted due to weather. don’t have enough flight attendants in reserve so we waited 8 hes for flight attendants to show up. no communication, not even a drink and you refused to offload bags. #horrible
