NOW — A veteran of the RAF and long-standing member of the @unionjackclub has tipped us off at Restore Britain that the Union Jack flag was removed from the club’s flagpole ahead of the Unite the Kingdom rally on 13th September. According to the member, the CEO allegedly ordered the removal, calling the national flag “too political.” We have video evidence of the flagpole left bare on the day and have contacted the Club for comment. As of now, no reply has been received.
Remembering Sergeant Barry Weston, 42 Commando Royal Marines, killed in an IED explosion while leading a patrol in the Nahr-E Saraj district, Helmand Province, Afghanistan on the 30th August 2011 aged 40. Barry was from Reading. #Afghanistan #RoyalMarines
Today we honour Sergeant Lee Houltram, Special Boat Service, Royal Marines. Lee tragically lost his life on 29th August 2009, following an explosion whilst on foot patrol near Gereshk, Helmand Province, Afghanistan. He was 33 years old. We will never forget his courage, sacrifice, and service. 🌹 #MemorialWall

I could only assume that it was widened but I’m left wondering if the men actually are buried where the corresponding headstones are
