@LeilaniDowding Unfortunately where I live ( Isle of Skye) Tyres are proscribed by the local council as a “ heavy uplift “ However the local garage will take them to dispose of at £5 per tyre , Personally I have 8 , so 40 quid is not too bad

@PaulGolding I have a very physical job , Lots of lifting heavy bags , I only eat once a day, about 7 pm , No breakfast, no lunch , no snacks During the day only 1 cup of tea, My weight remains the same, approximately 12 stone
