A community design submitted skin (congratulations @MegaFrontman!) which our talented team modeled to life in 3D, ready for use in the #Metaverse 🌎✌️ These #LimitedEdition character skin drops are all we've released to date, so people have gotten used to them, but just a reminder that in the future any new #LimitedEdition character drops will be a lot fewer & farther between once #E2V1 is live, reserved mainly for very special events or collaborations. We want all #LimitedEdition drops to be become more rare & sort after as the platform grows. As mentioned in the past, we will move to a more traditional style system releasing character skins with unlimited editions that are only available for limited times throughout each year. There are a few other important points we'd like to share before the first variation drops: 1⃣ For this drop $ESS skin options will be based on a fixed $0.06 $ESS value. 2⃣ As mentioned in the past, any #LimitedEdition skin drops that don't sell out could be released again in the future until they sell out, but only after the #P2P skin trading store is live. 3⃣ #LimitedEdition skins that have not sold out & are released again will be at least double their original release sale price, sometimes more depending on which skin it is. @theshaneisaac It's getting better and better as time goes on, it's awesome. Will katana waves and AoE attacks have physical effects on grass, trees, and water? If so, I think it would be comparable to recent games. Also, I hope the avatars are nice and beautiful. 👍

Here's a little demo of the refined #Katana #ComboStrike including updated #VFX & added #SFX. A couple of months ago we hired our own talented, fulltime Visual Effects dev & a really experienced Sound Effects team 🌎✌️ This attack demonstrates our own custom made animation from our animators, with our own in house #VFX & #SFX created & then synced with the animation ready to be implemented in game. Although these are initially being created for #Earth2Hordes, they will form part of what I like to refer to as #experiences we are creating for inside #E2V1, as we plan to use them in other areas of the platform as well. Obviously we're working on other things in parallel, but I just thought it was cool & wanted to share it with a little explanation for those who are interested as we mentioned in our article (URL below) from last month that the #VFX for the #Katana were still under development at the time. earth2.io/news/combat-me… As I've noted a few times, #Earth2Hordes will be our first mini-game, but importantly it will help us build, implement & test a number of important foundational parts critical for the long term vision of #E2V1 such as multiplayer, animation, network syncing, movement, character controllers, dynamic navmesh, combat, NPC AI, VFX, SFX, optimisation, integration & many other aspects. Any game dev who has experience releasing a game will tell you that making one takes dedication & long hours with a lot of blood, sweat & tears. @theshaneisaac I have a question from the standpoint of a non-coin expert. I think the essence itself could be valuable in the near future. I don't think it's appropriate to be affected by Ethereum. Is there any other solution? I wonder what you think about this.
