Clinched the regular season district title by beating Kingston 12-0 in 4. @LaineyFitz1 tossed the first 3 allowing 1 hit & striking out 8. Sierra Howard pitched the final inning, striking out 3. Alexis Kazy & Kennedy Smith had 2 hits each, both homering & drove in 3 runs apiece.
Big regular season finale with top seed in the district tournament on the line. All MCHS students will get in free thanks to @JimSwafford - Weichert Realtors, SEM Associates! It’s a Friday night at KJC Field. Need we say more? 🫳🎤
Won 9-1 @ Bradley in 6. @sadiescott2027 got the W in the circle, striking out 10. Kylee Hitson was 3-4 w/ 2 HRs & 4 RBI. @johnson_madylin went 3-3 & scored 2 runs. @LaineyFitz1 had 2 hits w/ a double & 2 RBI. Kennedy Smith & Elizabeth Miller also had 2 hits each.

Beat Polk 13-3 in 5. @Sierrahoward29 got the W, throwing 2 & 2/3 innings, striking out all 8 hitters she faced. Elizabeth Miller had her 1st varsity pitching action. She allowed 0 earned runs. Kylee Hitson knocked in 4 runs with a pair of doubles to lead the offense.
Tonight will also be a special night as we will collect money to support Anita Navas & family. She is a Chilhowee Middle softball player who has been in the hospital since Christmas fighting a sepsis infection. Collection buckets will be available at our gate & concession stand.
Late posting because there have been some back and forth changes but TOMORROW our underclassmen will be playing in the Bradley Central JV Playday hosted at the Bradley North Complex. Pool play game will be against Bradley at 1:15 with single elimination to follow.
Swept a DH from Midway winning the 1st game 10-0 & the nightcap 3-0. @sadiescott2027 threw a 1 hitter w/ 9 Ks in game 1 & Sierra Howard tossed a no-hitter in game 2, striking out 8. @LaineyFitz1 led the O going 5-5 w/ 2 HRs, 2 doubles & 6 RBI on the day.
