If you’re mindset is “I’m going to wait for prices to come down before I start” Let me share a little insight. 2017: $150,000 2024: $260,000 Same house, different market. And if you’re saying “well I’ll wait for rates to come back down” It’s going to be even worse. Prices will do one of one things…. 📈

@meetmikehiggins Funny when people make declarations on twitter about what real estate prices are going to do without regard to location & price. Similar to predicting what the stock market will do based on what’s happening to a few select stocks or indexes.
@meetmikehiggins If you think interest rates will go lower wouldnt it just make sense to buy now to lock in the price and refinance once rates are lower since the home value will most likely be larger.
