Another great example of poor customer service-debit card lost/stolen immediately freeze it and report a fraudulent charge. Told they need to do an investigation which takes45/60days even though charge still pending. What’s the point of reporting @SantanderBankUS

@BankofAmerica ..my card was stolen &frozen. Your Erica system has allowed the thieves to access my cards twice now. I spent an hour at my local branch got the new card delivered today haven’t even activated and the thieves called Erica even though account flagged & restricted

@NPDNC ..son’s phone and cards stolen on visit. He called to make a report and was told he couldn’t do it .was told needed to be done when he was there. Thieves are continuing to steal his identity and opening cards in his name. What can you do to assist??

@Uber_Support We have canceled the card but want to remove the email address they are using to order from- they hacked into the email account as well as stealing the card so they are ordering from legit uber account with stolen card

@Uber_Support …trying to figure out how to report an Uber account that has been hacked and using a stolen card to pay for uber eats and rides. You don’t provide any phone number to speak to a live person.
