Our son Jon, a Special Force Commander, surprised us last night coming home a few days early from his 6-month deployment to be home for Easter. It is always great when he is back in the USA. Everyone in family knew but me and his mom he and Orie were coming. Big surprise.

Ok, here is proof I am here. It is 11:45pm approximately and they are getting ready to start. Going to be great.

Have people disappointed you? I could probably fill a notebook with stories of people I believed in, then the let down. But one has never let me down - GOD!

I have found this to be true in my life. I am so glad He has protected me many times from what I thought was God’s Plan but it was man’s. Every time I got down the road and said, “Thank You, Lord. This is far better.”
