Communicate clearly to founders that the $500k might take a few months to arrive ahead of the batch, so they have time to raise for a few months runway. Why is this a problem? Without capital, they can’t ship as fast as they should, possibly being stuck for up to two months in the batch without any resources and have to raise a pre-demo day round that your MFN kicks in on = diluting them like crazy at a too low valuation. This has happened multiple times, please take responsibility and don’t blame founders for being angry about this! pls fix
