@donwinslow They haven't been providing a lot of it with the writers they have... It's a good point though, it's an entertainment industry not an activism or lecturing one.

@seanferrick @TerryMatalas @DaveBlass @cwmonfette Sadly, ALL Star Trek is very much NOT wonderful. Season 3 of Picard was good. Seasons 1 & 2 were not. STD and Brave New World are awful. Lower Decks wasn't even as good as that.

@sagaftra Get better writers. Produce actual entertainment rather than lectures. Stop making things people don't want to watch. Generate more income. Then ask for more money.

@BBCNews With box office takings down due to the dross they have been churning out I don't see how the writers have a leg to stand on Get rid of the bloat in the writer's room. Bring in talent who actually want to entertain If they don't fix the box office then actors arent getting more

How much were the BBC sued for prematurely naming a celebrity incorrectly suspected of similar crimes? £2m? They can't name him yet. Nor can The S*n who broke the story in the first place. Or anyone else They can't until the investigation reaches a certain stage #bbcpresenter
