Mike Tomlin on Justin Fields: “Oh my gosh, he oozes talent and potential. He’s worn the responsibility of being a franchise quarterback, but still he gets the opportunity to come into a community-like situation and learn from a guy who has been doing it for over a decade. Man, there’s a lot of meat left on that bone.” #steelers 🎥YT/Steelers
@matthewluciow92 The Steelers loved him so much they only offered a 6th round pick. If the Bears had received any offers better than that they would have taken it. The league knows, Fields, while very athletic, is not a leader. A "ME" first guy.
@matthewluciow92 Mediocre Mike…. We need a real HC
@matthewluciow92 Tomlins hoping Fields can learn from Wilson. Otherwise, well, we know how much the Steelers coaching staff helps QB’s! Ex: Rudolph and Pickett
@matthewluciow92 Let’s not let Tomlinson go hatless ever again.
@matthewluciow92 Yeah coming from a Mediocre coach… time to move on from this fraud
@matthewluciow92 I’m so happy that Firlds will finally get to have to success he’s been dreaming of. I just wish we could’ve given him that. I hate that he’s not our quarterback anymore! He’s my forever QB. I’ve always rooted for him and will continue to support him in this new chapter
@matthewluciow92 I’m glad Justin is on a team who actually likes him and will coach him properly. The Bears did him dirty
@matthewluciow92 Well I don’t always see eye-to-eye with Mike but I couldn’t agree with him more on this one. Fields is a rare athlete and can contribute on sub packages w his running ability (which is Lamar Jackson-level) while he learns from Russell Wilson.
@matthewluciow92 Guess he’s never seen a bears game before
