It was supposed to be the 14:40 from Newcastle to Edinburgh but a delayed train arrived at 14:40 at the same platform so lots of 'customers' got on by mistake and were told to buy a ticket again or be arrested. I have a good audio clip of conversation! @CrossCountryUK
Horrendous service from @CrossCountryUK Guard made myself other customers including two little girls get off train at Dunbar today and stand in the freezing cold due to their error! Ended up getting a taxi from Dunbar to Edinburgh #CustomerService
