What's surprising is that the super smart people who are all about socialism and communism are finding out that making their cities run require Capitalism, not some fairy tale system where the super smart people at the top can convince the serfs that dying downtowns are in their best interest, and once the Capitalist vultures are gone everything will be just grand. A little tight around the waist for the commoners, or as they have been called in the past serfs, so if a few serfs need to lose their business or their livelihood, well that just shows you have to break a few eggs to make the socialist omelette. And those super smart people who thought of all this? Well they're fund managers have them invested in NVIDIA and Apple, and they're still really super smart. Just ask 'em.
