A buddy told me to check out @Agently_AI , so I gave it a fake company and a real go to market problem. I created Atlas Tempo, a fitness platform for hybrid athletes, then asked Agently to research the market and find potential early adopters. It researched the niche, identified prospects, collected supporting information, and turned everything into a structured page I could review and share. Could Hermes do this? Absolutely. Hermes gives me the flexibility to build a deeply personalized system around my agents, workflows, Obsidian knowledge, and Kanban boards. I think Agently is aimed at someone who wants more of that experience ready to use. A founder can describe the business problem and start producing organized research without first deciding how every piece should work together. It’s less about one being more capable and more about who they’re built for. I also had it audit its own work. It caught a few incorrect follower counts, unsupported claims, and missing contact details, so human verification still matters. But this has potential. The average founder may not want to design an entire agent system. They may just want to open something and start working.
