Speculatively speaking, @const_reborn’s decision to manually slash emissions from long-pending subnets is about establishing the biggest root-to-subnet rotation. Only subnets that are fully active deserve emissions and $TAO during this reset phase. It’s as simple as that.

Trying for free AGI the “same old way” will fail. We cannot take on the giants of fiat capital by playing the same game.
