Sorry for not updating in a while, my team, the Cascais Crusaders, have started 0-4 after facing two of the best teams in the league in the Piratas and Rivers, both who currently have former minor leaguers and are basically semi-pro teams. I’m off to a okay-ish start
NPB team attendance figures so far in 2024: The Hanshin Tigers are averaging 41,289 per game, 99.9% capacity. That would rank 2nd in MLB after only the Dodgers. The Seibu Lions are last, only averaging 20,644 fans. That would put them 22nd in MLB ahead of Cleveland.

Most... Won't make it. There are 5500+ minor leaguers for 780 spots in the Big Leagues. On top of that, the draft occurs every year. New players come in, underperforming players get cut.
It's humbling. Out of Australia, I was the best pitcher on every team. As a Minor Leaguer - I was no longer special. Everyone was the best player on their previous team.
