@myntra Quite pathetic when you can't fulfill a high value order due to "technical difficulties" 4 days after due date and cancel the order from backend. As if issuing refund is the bare minimum as per your customer care. #bigfashionfestival is FARCE if you can't fulfil!

@airindia When you start a flight to a new location (Amsterdam) atleast make sure basics are in place. What a shit show in Gate changes, Quality of aeroplane, Time for Checking in! The track record since June shows it is perennially late by 1 hour atleast!

@WakefitCo Why can't you guys ever deliver on time? Waited 3 weeks for getting the sofa...still waiting. I had pre-anticipated this and followed up multiple times before said delivery date! Your customer care lies and keeps lying under the guise of "ticket has been raised".

@1mgOfficial So since I complain on twitter my report gets generated 12 hours after TAT of 36 hours and the rest of my 3 family members are still under process. Please issue REFUND OF ALL 4 RT pcrs as I had to avail new tests from DrLalPathlabs. Your reports are junk and not needed.

@1mgOfficial First you have a 36 hrs TAT for Covid RTpcr test which is communicated after one has booked. Second, your customer care is non existent (no phone only chat!) with wait times of 30 minutes and no resolution. As 36 hrs are about to elapse I now get sms citing delay!

@1mgOfficial Kindly issue refund for all 4 RT PCR test asap. This is a clear deficiency of service and I want no more drama. Also refund the excess amount charged by your faulty one time payment link. No care or concern about the customer at all. Cancelled cheque has been provided 48 hoursago

@1mgOfficial 42 hours are up since rt-pcr sample collection. Meanwhile my 1 year old has has fever and the hospital needs rtpcr results for the family. You customer care has the balls to write "I can understand the trouble you are going through" over chat and close the ticket.

@1mgOfficial I have been hearing this exact sentence from multiple members of your service team. It makes ZERO different as there is no action or communication! The TAT is missed (36 bloody hours!) I want full refund of all my 4x RTPCR tests asap. Never am I booking a lab test with 1mg!
