Still couldn't get an assistance from @LiveSmart. I've dialed the *888 no option to talk to a live person. Was advised by their response below to reach out to @SMARTCares but no response.

@X seriously? I have been reporting videos that has violence in it, both humans and animals and your declining it saying it did not violated any of your policy? Wtf! Are you for violence? This is the 3rd time.

Seriously @pldt @pldt_Cares @pldtHome instead of getting a callback from your supervisor which I have been waiting to have our issue fixed. What I got was a call offering an upgrade? WTF!!!

Wow seriously @pldt_Cares @pldtHome @pldt @pldtEnt_Cares you're just going to keep ignoring my issue???? Wow what a great service!!! Does anyone know which government agency we can report on this??? I think @pldt_Cares needs to be investigated.

Jusme tapos pag may nangamatay sa inyo hihingi kayo ng tulong?? I understand we don't have good governance pero yung ginagawa ng mga tao nato mas lalo lang nagpapalala ng crisis. Dumadagdag sa problema....

Seriously @pldt_Cares @pldt @pldtHome @pldtEnt_Cares how bad is your customer service? Been calling and have been promised for a technician visit since Aug 5 and up until now there's none? Do I need to be @lizasoberano who called you out before, to get assistance??

Now, when I called your hotline for an update your phone agent right away said you're having system downtime and won't be able to access any account details? As one of the Big net provider companies? You're having these consistent issues??? @pldt_Cares @pldtHome @pldt

Omg!! @pldt_Cares @pldtHome @pldt @pldtEnt_Cares How many tickets should I need to create in a month for us to have a clear fix on our NET issue and have a stable connection? Are you forcing us to upgrade to your autofix program? Waaahhhh what a lame marketing!!
