Add Life after Life and for something more bingeworthy try books by Jane Ann Krentz (she has other pseudonyms depending on the genre - I like JAK because it has everything from mystery, romance, supernatural in one and it's not as predictable in the outcomes. Personally I prefer the more modern ones, but the Arcane society series is great and the Historical romances are fun. Jilly Cooper is a little more sexy risqué. Good read to get you hot under the collar on cold days😋😉 Stephenie Meyer is also a great author. I especially like her book The Host, which everyone should read RN with some urgency, even if they've watched the movie. For a scream? Stephen King - Dreamcatcher should tickle your fancy, especially considering its alignment with current news events RN. Dean R Koontz - the brother Odd series is great to start with.
