My job today is almost 90% building Agent Harnesses for enterprises. The other 10% is eval, testing, observability and improvement. Anthropic’s enterprise plan lets you centralize how Claude Code runs across entire dev teams. If you’re doing this at scale, I’ll tell you straight: there’s no manual, no book that teaches this. We’re building the best practices as we deploy each new configuration, capability, routine, connector, skill or plugin. This is why I try to write down absolutely everything I learn. The experience of rolling out new capabilities and then watching how the agents run inside enterprises is unique and, honestly…fascinating.
