We know that low literacy levels can lead to lower income levels later in life or even unemployment, and while poverty isn't just about it income it is always about income.
Literacy can be supported at many different levels and we support community literacy programs!
Low literacy isn't just one state of being, rather a spectrum. We need to support children with literacy along the entire spectrum of reading skills.
