@GirlsChase I was a mid 20’s young professional & I’d go to my favorite dive bar & bring a book (philosophy/military history/etc). Bar is near a very selective private university. I’d sit there, read, drink cheap longnecks & ignore the undergrads. W/in 60 min they’d wander over. Everytime

@TheBrancaShow It’s a crap shoot when you go to the jury but it can work. That’s why TX lawyers do it. A TX judge isn’t going to give someone 10 years for a murder, probably never < 20, but I’ve had a jury go as low as 7. Back before 2007, a jury could even give probation. I saw it happen. 2X

@TMRush4 @BreannaMorello No. This doesn’t fit any of the legal requirements for capital murder in texas. You have to kill multiple people, or a cop/judge, or kill to cover up or further a felony (roberry/rape/etc). This is just a murder case.

@JamesGillespieX In south texas, men routinely (some of them, exclusively) wear cowboy boots to to the office. In banks and law firms, it can be fancy stuff too - lizard, ostrich, croc, etc. calfskin is for business casual. I guess every circus has its own rules.
