@WestJet @izzyisvalo We were in return flight 2757 from Costa Rica on Monday the 22 nd. The cabin crew were impatient, rude one of them raised their eyes at us. The going trip was great but the return was unpleasant. I hold an elevated status with another airline and I am very patient.

@WestJet my family and I are flying back on WS 2757 and wonder what the crew had in their Cornflakes. Attitude and rolling theirs eyes at us. We felt we were bothering them.

@AirCanada congrats on the YTZ lounge. Your staff are amazing. Today is a bad day to travel because of YUL thunderstorms and your concierge Annette at the reception has been coming to see me and kept me in the loop. It is what it is , but Annette made it better.

@AirCanada Line up for ticketing and waited for 30 min while waiting on the phone hoping to get through. I am Million Mile 50K. You would think that priority checkin could accommodate. NOT!!!!

Not happy with @AirCanada. Finished business a day early and was trying to go home. I go to priority check-in and she could not put me in stand by for today because my return was for tomorrow. Tried to change my return on line and web site could not change.
