How does one request a refund? No one is answering the customer service line? @Aeromexico @AeromexicoUSA
@AM_Escucha I call the number & press 1 for USA then press 1 for English. The options are then press 1 for purchases, press 2 for changes/general info, press 3 for comments on past travel, or press 4 for group premiere. None of these apply. How do I reach someone?
