If your working from home don’t depend on @Xfinity @XfinitySupport a tech at my home from 10am til 1230 and been on hold since 1230 and currently still on hold at 256 pm

@dalila_says I have been without service for about a month. 2 techs to my home no mask and sitting on my sofa for 2 hours. Currently trying to talk to a supervisor for 2hours now. Horrible customer service @XfinitySupport @Xfinity @comcast

@XfinitySupport @comcast @Xfinity the worse customer service, techs with no mask and no cable for a month and they still can’t fix it. On the phone 2 hours every day m.. worse cable ever..

@XfinitySupport @comcast @Xfinity this has been the worse experience of my life. Cable been down for a month, 2 techs come to the house, no mask, sitting on my sofa and in my home for 3 hours at a time and still did not fix. Talking to a rep that goes over the same thing
