You don’t even really need the gym you really need to just walk and move your body. Walking is so slept on
Walking is the safest and easiest excercise. Great for your joints. Most ppl don’t stand or walk enough. Try walking after every meal or twice a day to get active
Okay maybe I should have worded this better, I am not telling you to not go to the gym. I am suggesting to walk first and get more active before starting the gym, hope this helps 🫶🏾
