@srijanpalsingh @makemytrip It's same with @IndiGo6E also they are not refunding Convenience Fee, I booked directly in @IndiGo6E website they happily keeping that amount, I sent almost 10 requests to customer care email they simply closing with Automated response emails.

As mentioned, the flight 6E742 (COK–HYD) was cancelled only after we had already reported at the airport and waited for over 10 hours, with the departure time being changed multiple times and no effective alternate arrangement provided.

The Cochin–Hyderabad sector falls in the 1–2 hour block time, so the applicable slab is ₹7,500 or one-way basic fare + fuel charge (whichever is lower) per passenger.

However, if we add the above figures, 43,156 + 1,992 + 944 + 3,540 + 2,176 + 0 = ₹51,808, not ₹52,168. Because of this miscalculation, the refund shown to me is ₹37,140 instead of the correct ₹89,308 − ₹51,808 = ₹37,500.
