BREAKING: Judge Mechan seems to imply that President Trump may have tried to intimidate a juror in the courtroom just now. Judge Merchan: "Mr. Blanche while the juror was at the podium about 12 feet from your client, your client was audibly muttering something. I don't know exactly what he was uttering. It was audible and he was gesturing and it was in the direction of the juror. I wont tolerate that. I will not have any jurors intimidated in this courtroom. I want to make that crystal clear. Take a minute to speak with your client." Below is a video outside the courthouse moments ago as the press awaits.
@krassenstein So now the judge is just making stuff up. Got it. Thanks for the update.
@TheLastDon222 Telling a defendant to stop gesturing and trying to speak towards a juror is now considered "making stuff up"?
@krassenstein Hey Brian, I heard you muttering something just now. Mind you, I have no idea what you said, but I will not have you plotting to overthrow the government! See how that works?
@krassenstein @TheLastDon222 Sure.. be polite as we railroad you..
@krassenstein @TheLastDon222 When a Paid DNC SHILL SAYS IT YEST YES IT IS .. ENTIRELY POSSIBLE TO BE MADE UP … THE PEE TAPE .. IS A PRIME EXAMPLE
@krassenstein @TheLastDon222 Why doesn't the judge ask the juror what Trump said, if anything? The judge doesn't know what was said and we don't know what the gesture was. Did Trump flip the juror his middle finger or did he wave? Did he say "hi" or did he say "die?"
@krassenstein @TheLastDon222 Come on now. Trump has the right to speak with this attorneys about any prospective juror. He may know something about them, the attorneys don’t. If this judge is upset about that, he should not be sitting on this case.
@krassenstein @TheLastDon222 He probably wasn't speaking to the juror he was probably muttering to his lawyer about the juror. Partisan judge
@krassenstein @TheLastDon222 I would pay a million bucks to be on the jury and stare him down as they asked me questions.
@krassenstein @TheLastDon222 He should be allowed to relay his impressions to his legal team Brian!!!
I blame cinema and sitcoms because they made us to believe you are supposed to address the jury. What the hell else are they there for? Now all of a sudden we cannot address the jury? When judges were elected, they would never step out of line as often as they do now and NOT ONE OF YOU can deny it. Statistics with actual data backs me up.
