2/4 -full abr file support (i love my brushes!) -Ability to open avif, jpg, png, webp. -Be able to handle lots of open windows -Ability to customize your UI (for me the more minimal the better) -Extensive layer manipulation capabilities (levels, multiply, lighten, darken etc)
3/4 -Layer grouping & layer comps -color variance for brushes -ability to map specific brushes/tools to F keys (or just actions) -ability to duplicate a window of your work, and change the proof setup of one of those windows from RGB to Working Gray (dot 20%) . This allows users-
4/ 4 to work realtime both in color AND values :D There’s so much more but this is everything i could think of right now. I really want to make a switch on the programs I use, and well I want to help software developers know what i need and want 💖💖💖💖
Ps. Also things I DO NOT want in any art desktop program? Generative Ai. I want to actually paint, not outsource that process to the tech that requires the exploitation of my work and the work of my peers to function ☠️
