@_bitterbaby Well they have all the necessary certificates like first aid. Which a lot of people don’t have. So if your kid falls/chokes/medical emergencies they are available to help.

Normalize interviewing your dentists. Your paying them thousands of dollars so the whole experience from entering to exit should be outstanding. Stop giving money to lousy dentists.
