The Telegraph reports chemical attacker Abdul Ezedi had been granted asylum DESPITE the Home Office warning he had failed the Christianity test and was “using religion for his own ends”. Absolute insanity. Newly released documents show an immigration judge accepted Ezedi’s conversion as genuine. Why would he do that? In a series of blunders Ezedi thought the Old Testament was about Jesus Christ and that Jacob was one of his apostles. I think the public, who pay his wages, are entitled to know the name of the judge and his reasons for the granting of asylum. Then the judge should be fired. What’s the point of a test if when an asylum seeker fails he can stay here. Quite wrong.
@kelvmackenzie I bet I can guess what type the judge was He/ She needs naming
@kelvmackenzie What is the judges name? We should know who in our judiciary is putting their woke ideology ahead of the law & the safety of British citizens!
@kelvmackenzie William O'Hanlon is the name of the judge.
@kelvmackenzie If we had accountability for Home Office staff, judges, and “human rights” lawyers our refugee crisis would be solved overnight. Meaning that if you rubber stamp a refugee application that goes wrong you should be hauled in front of @CommonsHomeAffs to explain yourself.
@kelvmackenzie Perhaps the questions weren’t so clever - after all there are two apostles named Iakobos as well (possibly) as the brother of the Lord - and any Orthodox Christian would read the Old Testament as being about Christ.
@kelvmackenzie Worryingly there'll be many more like him. The government is failing to protect us from these people and I fear it's only going to get a lot worse. The Home Office isn't fit for purpose Our so called immigration policy isn't fit for purpose The C of E is a disgrace
@kelvmackenzie Accountability and liability are key fundamental points in any system of law. Once people realise neither apply then the system breaks down and madness reigns which gives rise to the saying ‘the lunatics have taken over the asylum’.
