@kelseydarragh Great tips!! I hope that you do not use benzodiazepines which are now only to be used for 2-3 weeks since tolerance kicks in & then withdrawal symptoms start. Coming off a benzo can be harder than coming off heroin. benzo.org.uk/manual/

@kelseydarragh Wow! That’s an amazing list! I’ve tried the breathing, it almost never works for me, but it might once. Knowing that it’s gonna pass is helpful. Either way, having a panic attack sucks and makes you feel ashamed, guilty, lonely and a whole lot of other crap. Thank you for this!
@kelseydarragh Omg this is so on point how it is. My depression is much worse tho. Very hard to feel joy.
@kelseydarragh And please, if you have anxiety or panic attacks, remember that some of those triggers can be shared by others. My family has some genetic predisposition to over-amping on stress chemicals... sometimes at the same time. You aren't the only one... remember that after it is over.
