Hello! Long story here: I bought tickets to see Hozier April 25th almost 6 months ago via Seat geek. I have since been informed that the venue has a no ticket transfer policy and the tickets Seat geek would send me wouldn’t work for entry. ——>
So I reached out to Seatgeek and they were not aware of this policy and were still selling tickets to the concert as of yesterday. After much discussion, they said they are going to refund me for my tickets and that was it. No replacements. No advice. No information. —->
So now I have no tickets to see this show and no way of getting them except through Ticketmaster where they are all sold out. I have loved Hozier since Take Me to Church was #1 on all the charts. I was probably 10 years old. These tickets were a gift to my sisters for Christmas >
We all listen to him together and he’s our favorite artist. I worked nonstop for months to save up for these tickets. We were going to be in the pit😭 if anyone could please boost this post and bring it to his attention, or his team. I would be so so grateful. —>
@kaylaisinactive @Hozier Hi Kayla. Hozier set that restriction to protect fans from having to pay inflated prices for tickets. I think the idea is if they can’t transfer it, then these business resellers won’t buy tickets. Did you check Ticketmaster if the face value exhange has been activated?
