Need to learn something new? React? Typescript? Node? Python? Anything? Just 30 mins every day = 2.5hrs / week, 10hrs / month. See if there's anywhere you can borrow from to nudge that up to 60mins every day. With in a few months you're up over 100 hrs. It adds up.

4-5 hs: Write a proper cover letter for a couple of different roles. Have them handy for when you need one quick but don't have the time / motivation.
