It's very frustrating but I feel like there's not a lot we can do. It's the first time this happens in the 5+ years we've been doing this. We've had people take a while to pay but never just avoid us completely. Decided we're only working membership based from now on, even with previous clients. It'll reduce our clientele, but it will also reduce having to chase down clients for money.

I have a client who is tired of their dev team because they are stalling. They need to launch their product ASAP as they are going public soon. Does anyone have a good dev team recommendation that's willing to jump in mid-project to complete the build at a fast pace? It is a large client, they will likely need more work in the future.
