@willbondspeare What’s really annoying me is people defending them going “oh well they aren’t staff, they’re just volunteers” as that is in any way an excuse, you give them a steward lanyard then they represent the convention regardless of whether they’re paid or not

@willbondspeare Yeah it was a mess and really not disabled friendly despite them having this big deal of an access policy. I think Ncuti helped save it a bit as he was insistent on having time to interact with fans and do dedications, plus the talks were excellent. Never again.
