@ralfwk @LudovicoZanette We have A/C because our average temps are much higher than you. My average high is +12C compared to London. Building a stone house here isn't going to allow me to live without A/C. And our walls are insulated, you know that, right?

@KzoneDD @NAFOfrumzl I never understood this. What's wrong with wood framed houses? I lived in a beautiful home built in the year 1900 in Nashville for a few years. We have A/C because our average temperatures are much higher than yours. +12C where I live compared to London.

@Decayedlov @1ssve We don't have unlimited PTO, but it's generous by US standards (4 weeks minimum) and I have to literally police people. I have reports that go out monthly on their team's PTO balances. You have to force people to take it sometimes.
