Y así es como se ve mi red neuronal de un scope de Kyro. Los agentes de IA olvidan el contexto, inventan procesos y editan manualmente los archivos de planificación. En Claude, Codex, OpenCode y otros, tienes que volver a explicar el mismo flujo de trabajo en cada sesión. Kyro evita esto. npmjs.com/package/kyro-ai

La Ingeniería de IA está creciendo muchísimo. Y no, no me refiero a aprender a usar Claude o Codex, sino a utilizar modelos en producción, montando un sistema o producto que los aproveche. Conceptos como RAG, Embeddings, Guardarraíles... si los sacas del entorno de desarrollo, se convierten en herramientas muy potentes para desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades. Lo veo como cuando aprendías a hacer servidores y estudiabas como validar entradas y salidas de tus API (equivalente a los guardarrailes). Si quieres aprender de forma técnica todo esto, te dejo por aquí un vídeo en el que te explico los conceptos junto con ejemplos de herramientas que puedes investigar, todo ello desde el punto de vista profesional y de ingeniería. Kubernetes para correr 3 servicios es resolver un problema que no tienes. Te vendieron que necesitas orquestación desde el día uno. La verdad es más aburrida: un VPS de 10 dólares, systemd para mantener vivos los procesos, Caddy o Nginx de reverse proxy, y backups automáticos. Eso aguanta miles de usuarios sin sudar. K8s tiene sentido cuando el dolor es real: varios equipos, decenas de servicios, escalado que cambia hora a hora. Antes de eso solo pagas complejidad: YAML infinito, un plano de control que también se cae, y una curva que te roba las semanas que deberían ir al producto. Regla simple: no adoptes una herramienta hasta que sientas el dolor que resuelve. La infraestructura aburrida es la que te deja dormir.

I’m using pi much more for long-horizon tasks (>6h). it's simpler by design and easier to work programmatically. i rarely use pi tui, most of my work is driving it inside a bigger system/container/uiux. some takes: - pi ships with a minimal toolset and it's enough for airgapped tasks. if you have enterprise customers who want everything airgapped, pi + open-weight models is the goto solution. - pi extensions are mostly unnecessary. i only have pi-mcp-adapter and pi-vcc installed, because i need to maintain/use jina reader mcp. pi-vcc is a drop-in fix for pi's context compaction, which can bite you on long-horizon tasks (see screenshot last swimline where compaction takes more and more time in long-horizon task) - no double-dip: if you program pi with an agent like CC/Codex, you'll likely end up building another harness layer on top of pi's own harness, completely redundant glue code. every now and then you need to steer CC/Codex back to pi's design principle: keep the wrapper lean and mean, use pi native features as much as possible. - imo pi works best with open-weight and self-hosted models, or at least that's what makes pi fun to work with. But pay attention to pi/models.json: your coding agent probably doesn't know every attribute of those new open models. forget to declare image modality as an accepted input and pi suddenly starts shelling out to tesseract for ocr everything. Or leave max context length conservatively set at 65K and pi starts compacting frequently for no reason. - in the end, the nudge prompt (the one that keeps pi going forever), and workspace isolation (for multi-task/multi-tenant systems) are where you'll actually spend your effort. Not too many but that’s fine and that’s the point, for the harness just trusts pi to do the work in a very first-principled way. You can just focus on the actual task.

有了 Herdr 以后，不仅可以很方便地集中管理所有计算机上的 Agent，也可以直接通过手机远程管理这一整套 Agent。 一种办法是 Tailscale + Termius。通过 Termius 登录 MacBook Pro，运行 herdr 命令，就可以直接在手机上控制 Herdr 里的所有 Agent。 更有意思的是，我甚至不需要直接操作 Herdr。 只要在 Claude Code App 里 remote 到 Herdr 的主 Agent，就可以间接控制其他所有 Agent。这个主 Agent 就像我的眼睛和手，可以命令其他 Agent 做事，也可以把它们的结果汇总反馈给我。 这样我在手机上直接用 App 的图形界面，就能控制整套分布式 Agent，而不需要在 Termius 的 CLI 里费劲调出键盘敲命令。
