Why doesn’t @TheJusticeDept prosecute treason? It’s the only crime with a punishment spelled out in the Constitution, which is the supreme law of the United States — a law Merrick Garland & his fellow feds swore an Oath to protect. Why won’t they protect it? #ProsecuteTreason
@jimstewartson @TheJusticeDept It was unanimously declared on January 6th in joint session that there was an insurrection. The Constitution is self enforcing and everything they do now including debts are not valid as long as they illegitimately hold offices.
@jimstewartson @TheJusticeDept Who levied war against us? Which enemy did they support? I'm confused.
@jimstewartson @TheJusticeDept Good question
@jimstewartson @TheJusticeDept After 3 and a half years of doing nothing about the biggest, most prolonged attack this country has ever seen, I’d say Merrick Garland is supporting Jamie Gorelick and donald trump. #ProsecuteTreason and remove Merrick Garland
@jimstewartson @ChrisAlex13927 @TheJusticeDept If they did, they'd have to follow through with the consequences. I wouldn't have a problem AT ALL with that. There's a reason for those consequences. We're seeing the fallout RIGHT NOW for NOT holding these treasonous prices accountable with the right punishment.
@jimstewartson @TheJusticeDept Garland is either a part of the treason coup or he's afraid to confront it. It's got to be one or the other. If Biden fires him now, he energizes the MAGA base. Lose lose situation.
@jimstewartson @TheJusticeDept Because it's directly at odds with freedom of speech, sadly. A confounding quandary.
