@socialepfo @PMOIndia Poor state of Digitisation. Twice my application for ONline PF withdrawal claim rejected with error saying PDF can not be opened. It is your own application that generates PDF. The same PDF I can open easily. DOES IT TAKE 1 MONTH TO REPLY ?

@NPCI_BHIM 2 days have passed. I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. The transaction was as of 31st and the recipient is still waiting for funds to be received in his account ???? WHEN CAN I HAVE THE RESOLUTION ON THIS?????

@NPCI_BHIM Poor customer service for complaints registered. The process is very bad and only adds to the frustration. series of repetitive complaints even with linking previous complaint no. does not help. Call center IVR do not recognise these nos.

@HDFC_Bank @FASTag_NETC poor service by HDFCbank. The web site does not work. After login, shows no options on screen to top up, check balance .. zero options. See the screen shot. Poor show by so called tech savvy bank. Can not use the tag till I top up.
