@ReyMosquito They're, it depends with particular individuals behaviour towards the team. Mostly artisans and technicians do know what they do because their training is hands on, but Uni grads it's mostly theory they need to learn some things from the team but pride being boss doesn't permit

@Munyah_Wacho @ReyMosquito As a tech myself my experience wth some Uni grads is: the title they're given muIndustry and the respect that comes with it goes straight to the head before the experience and requisite skills,so they end up messing work just to prove a point am the boss it doesn't work that way

@candacy_rutendo @McijoLiberty Unfortunately at times the past has a bearing on the future as well look at what has changed to bring about the changes you prefer otherwise we may live on wishes which may not be real marriage can humble you at times

@candacy_rutendo So to summarise it, that culture then brings commerce into effect, we buy products based on our preferences e.g you need a drink according to what you prefer either its an alcoholic or non alcoholic, fizzy or juice, etc so maybe you're becoming fizzy to a guy who prefers juice

@candacy_rutendo If you get to understand the cultural set up of our marriage systems, you should know he has to make a move on you, and decide to stay with you or not based on his likes and dislikes, considering to be a mkwasha he has to pay a dowry that alone explains the behavior unfortunately
